These clinic are for the following individuals:

* 65 yrs of age and older
* high-risk patients (Diabetics, Heart Surgery,Cancer,)
* children ages 2-4 (and their siblings and care-givers)

You must bring your valid Healthcard with you when you attend the clinic.
