Is it possible to come off ARBs and regulate pressure naturally by lifestyle changes, or is this irreversible once you are on them?

S.M. your comment got held up and didn’t get approved. I’m just the site admin (not a doctor), but you should definitely be able to safely come off the medication as long as you follow your doctor’s advice. Make an appointment to see Dr. Tytus or your family physician.
