Secret Recipe!
Tastes how it looks!
1/3 cup Large Flake Oatmeal
1/2 Scoop Protein Powder
1 cup Boiling Water
1 Handful of Blueberries
1-2 tbsp. Ground Flaxseeds
In a Large Wide Mouth, Hot Food Thermos, add Oatmeal & Protein Powder.
Pour in Boiling Water & Stir Well with Fork.
Add Blueberries & Close Thermos.
Wait 30 minutes.
Open Thermos, Add Flaxseeds & Stir Well.
Ready to Eat!

Dr. Tytus cannot recommend any particular brand of anything, but this is what he uses:
-Quaker Oats, must be Large Flake
-Weider 90% Chocolate Protein Powder 600g size, available @ WalMart
Whole Flaxseeds, which are ground fresh before use, or
can be purchased already ground.
Keep refrigerated or frozen to maintain freshness.
This doesn’t sound so terrible. but i have a question or 2!!!
currently i never ever eat breakfast and when i do i eat the worst things such as today (i did a really bad thing for a type 2 diabetic to do)i woke up and the first thing i ate was a handful of dark chocolate chips!!! yes i did regret it-i got a headache! but what i am wondering is if i begin to eat this mix in the morning will i rapidly gain weight since my body is use to usually absolutely no breakfast. this is a huge worry for me since i am already obese and do not want to get worse. i already struggle with my weight and want a solution. but if eating this makes you gain it may not be for me!!!
