Dear Dr. Tytus,

W O W ! This website is fabulous, what a wonderful way to connect with the patients. I love your message about eating, exercising, stress and meds — this is the magic formula and if we embrace this good health must follow. Thank you for taking such an interest in helping us.

My comment is I phoned the office from 1:30-2:15pm on monday and kept getting a recording telling me to call back during office hours according to the website it IS office hours it is bad enough on regular times that you wait upwards of 30 minutes to reach the receptionist…then today you didn’t even have her available during BUSINESS hours. Please explain…we are doctor metcalfe’s patients and my son needs to see the doctor a.s.a.p and I can’t get through to make an appt. Hire me as your receptionist and I will answer your calls if the current one doesn’t want to…geesh it is frustrating from a patients point of view.
I await a reply or at least a phone call so I may book an appt for my son. 289-389-5517 or via email attached
