    This is a clinical trial being conducted in Hamilton to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in children age 10-17.

    If you are interested in signing up your child to participate in the clinical trial, Dr. Tytus and his staff will guide you through a screening process to see if they qualify.

    Dr. Tytus's study coordinator will perform the following roles:

    • Check their health at the beginning of the clinical trial
    • Provide specific instructions and guidance for what to do during the trial
    • Watch over their health throughout the trial
    • Make sure that the study protocol is followed

    You will receive all study-related doctor visits, examinations, and drugs at no additional cost to you, if your child qualifies for the clinical study and you agree to participate.
